En f\u00e9vrier 2019, il ouvre \u00e0 nouveau le restaurant du Cerf \u00e0 Rougemont et pour cette occasion, il collabore avec la Laiterie Moderne et son Ma\u00eetre Fromager pour cr\u00e9er deux nouvelles fondues dont celle qui est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e ici : Fondue EDGARD COLLECTION. Cette fondue contient du Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP, du Gruy\u00e8re AOP et Etivaz AOP.
